My honest review is contrary to two reviews below
Expensive and not quiet Expensive and in not quiet area (major highway is nearby). Apartment is not spacious with an open floor plan and a small walk in closet in the bedroom. Maintenance is very slow to fix anything you need. I've have had many problems while living here. It's not a great apartment for the price. Not great apartment, I do regret it.

Inexpensive and quiet
I've lived here for a year and a half. Very inexpensive and in a quiet area. Apartment is spacious with an open floor plan and walk in closet in the bedroom. Maintenance will fix anything you need when necessary. Never have had any problems while living here. Great apartment for the price.
